Group training best suited for participants of the same skill and experience level. A new member adding on to an existing group may require additional one on one sessions to “catch up.” Groups consist of 3 or more participants and sessions are one hour.
Two participants sharing the same hour. Similar to one on one training however, coaching is slightly less specific to each individual during the session.
The Most Flexible and economical plan available. Program and workouts are provided, accountability and motivation will vary based on the plan you choose. All options in this category will start with a consultation to help determine the proper plan.
